You need to maintained user Id after use login. Once user log in you need to store data into Session or If you are using Asp.net Membership use Membership.GetUser().ProviderUserKey.ToString() for get user id of current logged in user. And When you are uploading Image that time Store Userid and ImagePath or Base64String of Image into database table. And now you can fetch data whenever you required.
