C# autogenerate ID in a Combobox connected to a SQL Database

I need to auto Generate ID in a Combo Box on the click of Add button in CourseMaster Form. My project uses C#.net Express Edition 2008 as Front End and Sql 2005 Database as Back End. If anyone could help me out, Please check the source code attached along.
