C# MessageBox

MessageBox.Show() need a parameter to passed so pass the parameter and you will not get the error again.

you have to write like this for string parameter in MessageBox.Show("Hi") ;

There is no need to make things complex by passing a DateTime, he just needs it to work. :-) Your second example works fair enough.

DateTime stm = DateTime.Now.ToLocalTime();

MessageBox.Show("\n Time :"+stm.ToString()");

OR

MessageBox.Show("How are you?");

As already mentioned you should consider using this,

MessageBox.Show("Hello world!");

Then it will show the message, also it depends on which framework you are using. Windows Forms or Windows Presentation Foundation or Windows Runtime (Windows Runtime does not have MessageBox object). I hope, by passing the parameter it would work in the former two cases in the final one you cannot use it. You would have to use the MessageDialog for that!

Kuldip MessageBox.Show() takes at least one parameter as string. So please pass at least one parameter as string (which message you would like to popup).
