can not print second or third pages in crystal report from browser

The issue with CR is that for the most part is tie to Databases and when you go from one page to the next since you are most likely performing a postback your report will run again. I know CR allows for cached reports so what you could do to speed up your reports is place your ReportDocument in the Cache. As far as the other pages not printing, I would say to check the report and make sure the sections are not being suppress.
