Cannot see the controls at Run-time which are visible at design time

Question

Hi,
Please can some1 help us solve this problem.We are unable to see the validations and controls at run-time.But after navigating the page and coming back to the same page,we can find the same controls at run-time.Why are they  not visible at the first time.
