Can't add table in SQL Server Management Studio

Hi,

I have Visual Studio 2013 and haven't used it for about 3 years.

I used to create databases and tables, but now I can't add a table. I don't have add new table option when I right click on the tables folder.

Also my Visual Studio is unbeliveable slow.

Can anybody help me please?
