cant see .net framework on VS, its showing blank solution

I just installed visual studio 2017 on my pc. While trying to create a new project i noticed the .net framework is not visible, it is showing blank solution. Please what is the remedy?

Make sure you selected the .net framework while installing the VS. If you installed it using visual studio installer then you can just launch the installer again and modify it accordingly.
