Career path

Hi there!,

 

i am currently having 2.8 years of experience in developing of windows and web apps with ASP.net MVC, WCF, ASP.net Web API,Angular, Windows forms and as well as SQL Server , how could i choose my career path by being a good techie or in the line of management and/or leadership? which one will be good for my career and after 10-15 years Thanks in advance
