Changing data labels in crystal report charts

Question

I have information to chart in French.  The data labels need to have the decimal replaced by a comma as it is written in the french language.  I have been trying to find a way to change the labels without success.  I can make the change in the original data, but when it comes into Crystal Reports, I get the standard number with decimals.  If someone knows how to change this, please help.  Thanks.
