hi,

I want .net code which detect the PC's Restart event (click Start -> Shut Down -> Restart) and give me message that "PC is going to Restart"; before PC reboot. 
I unable to detect proper restart event of PC in my .net code.

Please, give me the code or any suggesion for this.
