Creating a Public Folder with c#

Question

How do i create a public folder using c# (.net)?? I have created a webservice for creating and deleting users in Exchange/Active Directory but i cant seem to find anywhere how to create a public folder using c#. Found some examples using Public Folder, but its in VB and when i try to translate the code i cant get to work properly.
