Crop the selected color from an image ?

Yes you are right :( I searched alot but can find no way to do it.

You are right, you cannot select the images based on colors or other properties. However, there is a tool that allows you to select the locations of X and Y indices in a free form. 

 

If you want to do all  of this programmatically, then I am not sure if there are any plugins or libraries provided. But you would have to select the graphics and paste them on a separate bitmap object.
