Delivery report problem during sms sending

Hello

I use Ozeki ng to send sms through database user.
The problem: After sending the sms, its status will not be "delivered".
It remains "sent" despite the delivery reports arrive through the service provider connection.
I followed this setup guide carefully, I installed the database user again and again, but the problem is still alive.

Please, help me!!!!

Dear Nakul,

Yes, I aggree with Francis that this is probably not a database-related issue. You should check whether the "Match delivery reports to original messages" checkbox is switched on or not. This setting is responsible for matching the returning DLR to the original SMS that enables the Database user to display the delivered status when the SMS is successfully delivered.

I hope it can solve your problem. If not, you should ask the help of Ozeki's support team.

Seems that the problem is now with the SMS Gateway/Service providers.I hope that you need to conduct them why the status returned as "sent" instead of "delivered". Also note that, basically in sms, "sent" message denotes as that message has been sent, the message "delivered" ensure that it successfully reached the destination.
