i have Document library with Two Sharepoint group (Managers & Employees) , My question is i need to Make customisation in such a way that both Managers & employee can add documents , but unless and untill managers approve , document should not visible to every employees except the author.
& allow only Managers to create New Folders,delete documents. employees can able to publish document before approve
Please give some idea,( Based on login how to give).
