Distributed Application with Express Editions?

Hi!

This Sohail Iqbal and I'm developing database application in C# and SQL Server 2000.

I want to know what if I use C# Express 2005 and SQL Server Express 2005 for development. Will they be stable and good for this project. I'll be using remoting for data transfering over the intranet. I'm aslo using the layered approach.

More over can u tell which one the following is better option:

1) Directly using Datasets or

2) Business Entities encapsulating dataset where needed.

For me time is major problem that is very short.

I'll appreciate timely response and will be obliged if you provide help that is related and helpful but I forgot to metion.
