get the location of user

I'm developing a web site . i tried google location api to get location. but the my problem is my site is not https so when i run my site locally it gives me location because of google location api.. but when i publish it and render the site online it not gives me location due to site is not https. my question is how to get user location when web site is not https. my web site is in asp c#

Fetching location requires browser to ask user to access location, you need to prompt user to give location permission. Then only you can get that

My goal is to get the location of user from website which is not secure.. like dont have https protocol for that site. On server

can you elaburate littile bit, From your question it is really confusing what you are going to achieve and what is exactly happening with your solution.

I have some questions
1) Where r u publishing your site? like on any server / locally / www.ABC.com etc / Azure
2) Does that server has an api or does it need any permissions
3) Which api you are using
