Getting error and warning in window application in C# VS

Question

Hello Friends i am creating window apps when when run my program getting error and warning below

 

Warning 4 Could not copy "obj\Debug\Demo App.exe" to "bin\Debug\Demo App.exe". Beginning retry 4 in 1000ms. The process cannot access the file 'bin\Debug\Demo App.exe' because it is being used by another process. Demo App

 

 Error 12 Unable to copy file "obj\Debug\Demo App.exe" to "bin\Debug\Demo App.exe". The process cannot access the file 'bin\Debug\Demo App.exe' because it is being used by another process. Demo App

 

 

how to resolve please help me out.
