Google interview

hey buddy!

I had gone through this question in an interview.
what i did-

i answered all my strengths as my weaknesses. like
- I do switch between technologies rapidly.
- I don't believe in code reusability (first of all i do try my code)
etc.
And you know the result (so, try this if u face any question like this). 

I have encountered this question and I believe what they are asking is for you to describe some of your flaws.
My response was something along these lines.
First I mentioned that although I truly believe that I'm capable for working on the required position and that I have the needed skill set and the experience for the job, nevertheless if I need to point out my flaws then I will say that I have difficulties with a non technical discussions.
What I meant by that was that it is natural for me to always use technical phrases or abbreviations and sometimes when talking to a let's say an end user that is not a tech person these terms can slip out and the end user would probably not understand what I was referring to.
I believe that something like that is appropriate, also if you are not good with some of the required technologies I believe that it would be appropriate to be truthful and to mention that in some way, like that you have a limited knowledge and/or experience in that particular field or technology but you worked on something similar.
But the last thing that you should certainly say is something that will indicate that you are working on your flaws. For example regarding the lack of some specific knowledge you can say that you have gathered some resources for this particular technology, for example a book, or some video tutorial, and you say what exactly these resources are and that you intend to read or watch them throughout these week.

but abhineet they are asking about "why should we not hire you? " rather than "what are your achievment".if they asked "why should we hire you then your answer was write."

yes, you are right many times i also see that many interviewer asked "why should we hire you? " but on the internet i saw a topic "some important question asked in google". and there was this question present.
