Google Ranking for Global keywords

Question

I know it is very difficult to rank Global Keywords (not location specific ones) but is very much possible. Other than Keyword based Onpage Optimization, Content marketing and Link building, are there any more strategies that I should follow in order to rank for Global Keywords like Mobile Apps Development, Android Apps Development, etc.   Here is my website http://appocenter.com/
