Hello all, Related to WPF

Question

 Am new to WPF.In my project it requires a Scrollviewer inside that a datagrid view has to be place.If user scroll vertically or scroll Horizontally  the datagrid view headers  has to be visible.

 

This is my requirement.

Any one please suggest me the code.
