4. Search through them, look for a best solution provider. Instead of budget or subscription charges, look for frameworks provided, Up-time, HDD and database space (HDD must be unlimited), Bandwidth (should be unlimited). 

Then purchase a subscription and upload your project to their server. Remember to check their solutions before you upload or purchase the subscription. This helps you so that you do not have to pay a fortune in future.
