Hello team,
Please I bought a hosting plan from somee.com couple of days ago and I tried creating my db and the website but on their console panel for both creating the db and website ,there are 2 buttons indicating that , You do not have available packages to create the website. and also No MS SQL databases are registered yet, Order more MS SQL database packages. and when i click these buttons it redirect me to the purchasing page, i sent message via their platform, email, and also sms to the support them but no response, please did anybody here knows how best I can contact them.
