How can i change the style of the Frame - NavigationUI?

Hi All,

is it possible to change the style of the Visibility from a Frame? I can't find any examples.
And how do i change this style? See jpeg

i'm sorry we are talking about wpf . How do i change the
backcolor of the NavigationUI ?
