How can I put a Control in Title Bar of the Form????

Hi, Is it posible to put a control like button or anything else in the title bar of the form using VB.Net ??? If yes, How? And/Or How to add a menu item in the Caontrol menu of the form??? Please Reply... Sanjay Tank
