how deployment asp.net with 2 different Connections

Hi Guys 

Please Help Me

I need to deploys app in the sever but in fact the system on the localhost contains with 2 ConnectionString in webconfig , at the same time when we install the database on the new server surely need to new connectionstring.

In your opinion what is the most appropriate solution to this problem ??
