how I can add visual studio tools for office in visual studio 2005

I visited msdn help and experimented a lot of things to add visual studio tools for office in visual studio 2005 but not succeeded.
Please help me to add-in VSTO in Visual studio 2005
Please provide me steps how i can accomplish this task.
