How make login form for multiusr by using unam upas and utyp

User name and password and user type char B and S for buyer and seller how can i make login form for buyer and sender we will use only uname and upass.... Then how we will clarify that if usrnam and pass match with B then open page for buyers and if match wiTVh S then open page for seller please help
