You can checked there is no dist file before build my project

 first of all go to your angular project using cmd, like this

 after that build your project using cmd like this:-

 now you can checked dist folder created automatically:-

Create a folder 'Bundles' inside your MVC Project, after that you should build your angular project ng build — — prod then go to dist folder under your angular project copy these files and paste your Bundles folder.
