How to claim the prize

I am a May and July month prize winner .I like writting articles that are helpful to others and it feels good if your wrtting is appreciated. But i havent received the prize as of now.J
I Just want to know when will i get the prize and if i have to do anything to claim it.

Have you sent email to the WEBMASTER OR SUPPORT Have you sent email to the WEBMASTER OR SUPPORT OR PRAVEEN as mentioned in the news? If not, can you send again.
