How to connect SFTP from Azure Websites

Question

I have deployed my application as azure web app which that involves main activity have to connect to sftp and drop the file in respective folder.When i try to execute the same in development its working fine but not from azure web apps.

 

returns the error message as

 

"A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond"

 

Note: i use sftp client reference for sftp connection.
