how to convert jqueryDate to long int?

im consuming a webservice that requires custom date filed

example:

if i enter the value of the date 2013/01/01 it will equals 41275

after i have asked them for more details they said that they are using clng function in vba

how can i convert jquery date to this format ?

also im using c# asp.net !

any help?
