How to convert single word into multiple langues

hi folks,
I am using google translator .having request URl is

    http://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/services/language/translate?v=1.0&q=mayur&langpair=en%7Cmr


Yesterday it show the good result but today it shows the json result is
like below

{"responseData": null, "responseDetails": "Suspected Terms of Service Abuse. Please see http://code.google.com/apis/errors", "responseStatus": 403}

can you share with me how to solve it.
