How to create Multilanguage window application using c#

i have a window application.i want to make it multilingual window application.on this application most of the data showing from database. how can i do that..

Okay, here is how I would approach it. Normally Microsoft would recommend their globalization approach through resx files if it is just UI that are receiving the different languages. If you are storing the languages in a database then you should construct a different table for each language Each table would have a key from the English table that translates the word or phrase into the equivalent English. Use ADO.NET or Entity Data Services to set the text of the labels in your GUI based on the language that is set in a preference file. (You could have a preference table in your db that persists this information as well). This is a rough idea of how I envision your app working.

this is the kind of open ended question that is pretty difficult to answer. The reason it is difficult is because it is the kind of question that raises 100 other questions. Here are a few: 1) Does the database contain data in multiple languages that you need to extract? 2) If so, how are these languages organized in the database? 3) If not, are you only concerned with the UI showing up in multiple languages? Should the UI pull the languages from resources or the database? 4) What are the customer requirements for this project? (this may help you decide if question 1-3 are worth answering.
