You can use LEADTOOLS Imaging Pro SDK technology in your application.

https://www.leadtools.com/sdk/imaging-pro

The Image Processing technologies offer many commands to clean-up images and documents, such as deskew, border removal, and cropping.

Here is some sample code:

using (RasterCodecs codecs = new RasterCodecs())
{
string inputPDF = @"FILE PATH TO INPUT PDF";
string outputImage = @"FILE PATH TO OUTPUT PDF IMAGE";
using (RasterImage image = codecs.Load(inputFile))
{
CropCommand command = new CropCommand();
// Replace with bounds of image on PDF
command.Rectangle = new LeadRect( 100, 100, image.Width - 100, image.Height - 100);
command.Run(image);
codecs.Save(image, outputImage, RasterFormat.Tif, 24);
}
}
