How to display the sum of values in the cells of last column in datagridview.

Hi,

I have a grid with 2 columns 'Name' and 'Value'. When the grid is loaded, the sum of values in column 'Value' is calculated and shown in a separate label control. But i want the grid itself to generate a textbox/label to hold the sum in the last row, when it is loaded. plz help. A sample image is shown below...
