How to do Excel Filtering in datagridview Using vb.net

          I am doing a module using DataGridView Control in VB.Net 2005. I have a doubt in that.  In this module i need to do some filtering option like in the MS-excel spread sheet auto filter. I know how to create comboBox at run time.  But i don't know how to add combobox control only in the first row at run time to the datagridview.

can anyone help me to do this

 and also i would like to know that is there any e-books or reference books for particularly developing application's using like DatagridView Controls in vb.net 2005 ?.
