How to edit image to have rounded corners

Question

Hi I have a aspx page, which have asp.net upload control, I tried to upload the images to the server with original size.
After save to the server, I also resize the image to smaller size (thumbnail)
Is there anyway to edit the thumbnail image to have rounded corners??
