How to host sql for users to acces the data on the internet

Question

Please I am a student currently studying for an hnd in information technology aspiring to be a database administrator in the near future.I have just started learning database that is sql.

 

And I need help on how to host the sql data you I have created on the the internet and allow users with passwords access the portal with their unique passwords
