How to host web application in client site with SQL server DB

Question

Hi... 

I am working now in ASP.NET with C# web application, i earlier posted regarding the 3 tier architecture , one more i need to know is how to setup in IIS in 
windows 7 and after building our website how to publish it to client site. Do we need to give pages also for publishing or database only is enough . 

How to give database also to the client . Am writing connection string in web config. So what should be the connection string. 

I will be very glad if some one helps regarding this... 

Front End used is - ASP.NET with C# 
Back End used is - SQL Server 2005. 

Now am running as localhost.
