How to implement a block of code from html-css templates?

Question

Have any tricks (or) profession manner (or) tutorials to implement a block of code which we attracted from html-css templates into our developed .net projects?. like,

In my downloaded template I have three pages from which I want just 'layout design', 'panel design' and controls designs.

Tried : after I get my selected block of code and implement css and jquery files path, then after also I am not getting that design into my project what I viewing in theme.
