how to make a bill using c#

Question

i want to make a bill through using database. Customer_name,customer_add,customer_no,order_no,items are some of it's fields. I have knoeledge to create the database. But i haven't the idea to "how to retrieve several data from the database" and "how the bill printing is doing using c#".
So please give a answer for this to develop this software.
