I would suggest that you serialize the form and use POST request. Do not use GET request, because everything would get appended to the URL. Instead, use POST request, and send the data of form to server, either... Attached to a header, or Use session state variables. Then the data can be passed in JSON format. Otherwise, appending the data for network processing is not a good way to develop your application.
