how to read a text file from an url

hi all if an url place a text file in it's public area,how to read/download this file using c# ( My comp is connected to internet ) thank you

hi Home Base and Niki I put addreses,telp numbers in a text file,and that text file is upload to my own url.So where ever I go I can download it and see the content ( I cannot remember all of my connection and telp number). Now i am thinking to read the text file using c# ( I mean directly from the url),may be it will be much easier compare to download manually,open it,trace to the address/telp number I need regard
