How to read multiple barcodes and QRcodes from an image

I have a pdf with multiple barcodes in it

.I need to decode all the barcodes from pdf.

For this i need to convert pdf into image.

The need to extract all the barcodes and QRcodes from that image.

Please find the attached pdf with barcodes.

how to implement this in c#?

You can read multiple barcodes present in a multipage image through use of the LEADTOOLS SDK. You can try using the following code for reading your PDF:
BarcodeEngine engine = new BarcodeEngine();
StringBuilder sb = new StringBuilder();
RasterCodecs codecs = new RasterCodecs();
codecs.Options.Load.AllPages = true;

RasterImage image = codecs.Load(@"file path containing barcodes");
BarcodeData[] barcodes = engine.Reader.ReadBarcodes(image, LeadRect.Empty, 0, null);

for (int i = 0; i < barcodes.Length; i++)
         {
          BarcodeData data = barcodes[i];
            sb.Append("Symbology: " + data.Symbology.ToString() + ", Location: " + data.Bounds.ToString() + " , Data: " + data.Value);
            sb.Append("\n");
         }
Console.WriteLine(sb.ToString());

You can use Spire.PDF library to convert pdf to image, and then use Spire.Barcode library to read barcodes and qrcodes in the image. Both of them are available on NuGet.
