How to restore Nuget Packages in Devazure ?

Hi , I am just trained to do  CI/CD Concept in Dev azure. There i face issue while i did the Pipeline . I am Getting 

Nuget Package issue.If anyone know just share the sample Link, how to restore the Nuget Package.
