How to set the Text color?

Hello! I would like to know how to set the output Text Color in C#? The coding is listed on below: lbNotice.Text="Testing..." My question is how to set "Testing..." to display in Blue or Red color?

If u have .Net Develoment Studio play around the properties is automatically generate the codes . You dont have to do the hard your mate.
