how to show next and previous button reccord form database

i have 100 rows of record but i want show 1 row at a time with next and previous button,and also there is link of 100 rows if anybody can click on the link on then he can go directly to that record

There are two way,
1st one is use paging in DOM
and 2nd way is hit DB on each click of First and next button.

well i am working on a tutorial website like w3school.com for my client where in side bar there is all links and next previous button top and buttom of the contents.my page should be like that what will be suitable design parten can anybody suggest me

You can use offset and fetch keywords (Introduced in SQL 2012) to fetch the records and use like paging functionality

Like
SELECT Id, ProductName, UnitPrice, Package
FROM Product
ORDER BY id ASC
OFFSET 0 ROWS
FETCH NEXT 1 ROWS ONLY
Change offset and fetch values to suit your needs and use in your previous, next ... buttons

You don't use a loop.
Exactly how to do this depends on a number of factors, such as how you are fetching your data, how much data is involved, and what exactly your DB contains.
But one way would be:
Make sure your DB contains an Id column, with is IDENTITY.
Set up a class level int in your DB called lastRow and set it to -1.
When you fetch a single row from the DB to display, use something like:
SELECT TOP 1 * FROM MyTable WHERE Id > lastRow ORDER BY ID ASC
If you get any rows, load lastRow with the ID value.
For "Next" it's the same query.
For previous its:
SELECT TOP 1 * FROM MyTable WHERE Id < lastRow ORDER BY ID DESC
First:
SELECT TOP 1 * FROM MyTable ORDER BY ID ASC
Lst:
SELECT TOP 1 * FROM MyTable ORDER BY ID DESC
