hey Selvi, Sorry for not getting it right the first time.. Got it now.. you want to show server's time using jQuery(ClientSide).. Now, if you closely observe the link you send, you will see a clock there which is showing your machine's time not server's time. 1 point to emphasize here is Jquery used there is to show client machine's date time not server's. now if you want to show server's time using jquery(runningmode as you say it) then you need to register a javascript variable from server side using: ScriptManager.RegisterClientScriptBlock() which will have DateTime.Now() value. then using jquery(in document.ready() event) access that registered variable and replace: var dt = new Date(); with var dt = [REGISTERED VARIABLE]; in the code(from the link you mentioned).
