how to solve 503 Service Unavailable in heroku server

Hi iam using heroku server to deploy my node js service code and Iam getting the fine output in local code. When I deploy the code in heroku under git control version Iam facing 503 Service Unavailable Iam new to handling heroku server.The out Iam getting after deploy is some thing like this.Iam using ARC (Advance Rest Client) to hit the node services.
