How to transfer data from one website to another in ASP.Net

Hi guys, I uploaded a file and want to save it in local and another web, is it possible ? like I upload a picture and save it on http://199.178.100.508/webProfil ? please help me

If the target system is in same network, you can create a shared location and can upload/move the files easily.
